When I gain weight it is ALL through the middle; thus the reason for these particular poses. Now, if I can make it through the rest of the winter keeping up with the healthy eating and regular exercise, I will really feel I have accomplished my goal.I started out in July at 150#. As of this morning I weighed in at 132#. What a relief. How did I do it?
I took my desired weight and multiplied by 12. This gave me the amount of calories I could consume each day and slowly lose weight. Oh, and I also walked (and continue to do so) almost every day.
